Welcome! It's great you're here to learn a little bit more about Lubbock Knife Sharpening!
My name is Mike Harrison. I'm an avid knife collector, knife enthusiast, knife maker, and knife sharpener. I also do some decorative welding and metalworking as well.
My first knife was given to me by my Uncle Charles Harrison (my Dad's brother) when I was five years old. I still have it
My Dad carried a knife for as long as I can remember. The handles are nearly worn off, but the blade was always sharp.
My first hunting knife was in a kitchen drawer when I was young. I asked for it for years, and my Dad finally gave it to me. It originally came from my Uncle Doug (my mom's brother). He had broken the tip-off and gave it to my Dad, who repaired it. I made the sheath out of an old mocassin of my mom's. It is Deer Skin.
